Shipping & returns
Our current shipping policy. Please read below for full details.
In-stock merchandise - Is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with expedited shipping after 8am CST will be shipped the next business day.
Backorders- If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time by a follow-up email.
Jewelry- Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. These items must be sent to a street address.
Carriers- We deliver via UPS or a comparable delivery service. We use U.S. Postal Service for P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses where UPS does not deliver.
*Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses can only be shipped using Standard Shipping.

Change of Mind Returns
We will accept change of mind returns for items purchased online subject to the following conditions:
1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice.
2. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.
3. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
4. We will not accept change of mind returns for swimwear, underwear, earrings, cosmetics, gift cards or any items purchased from the “Sale” section of our website.
5. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you (by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
Faulty Items Returns
If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding you or providing replacement product provided that items are returned within 14 days of the date of purchase with proof of purchase.

· Any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
· Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store
· Handmade and Artist items cannot be returned as they are purchased on a consignment basis. Please contact management if your order was damaged during shipping or if you have questions about the item(s) you purchased.
